Both companies merge under the name of Laboratorios Normon, based in Madrid.
Start of international expansion.
Birth of the Dental division and marketing of Ultracain.
Launch of the first generic drug in the Spanish market.
Her Majesty Queen Sofía inaugurates the new facilities in Tres Cantos, Madrid.
Launch of the new Self-care division (OTC).
Normon expands its facilities to manufacture cytotoxic medicines and high containment products.
Approval from the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration).
Normon celebrates 80 years and reaches 2,000 employees.
