We strengthen our ethical business model through our commitments to sustainability and regulatory compliance, while managing ESG risks across our value chain.
We have a Compliance system to mitigate risks such as bribery, corruption, and money laundering, among others, along with an Ethics Channel for reporting irregularities.
We have formalized and disseminated Codes of Conduct and comply with the Codes of Conduct of the Spanish Association of Self-care (ANEFP) and the Spanish Generic Medicines Association (AESEG), which regulate advertizing and interaction with the healthcare community.

Through the Ethics Channel or Internal Reporting System, you can report—anonymously, confidentially, and securely—any act or omission that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense, or a breach of European Union law, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Spanish Law 2/2023. Reports will be received and handled by Normon’s Compliance Department, with a copy sent to the Internal Audit Department. Confidentiality will be ensured, and no retaliation will be taken against anyone who, in good faith, makes use of the system. The Ethics Channel must not be used in bad faith or for submitting false reports.

Whistleblowers whose reports fall within the scope of Spanish Law 2/2023 may also submit their complaints through the following external channels: (i) the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers; (ii) the competent national and regional authorities; and, where applicable, (iii) the institutions, bodies, or agencies of the European Union authorized for this purpose.
